Ordering

How can I place an order?

Choose desired quantity, and ‘Add to Cart’. Proceed to checkout by clicking the ‘Cart’ icon on the top right corner.

Where can I enter my discount code/ coupon code?

If you have a discount/coupon code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.

Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly. Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.

Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.

Payment

I am from Singapore/ Overseas. What payment methods are accepted?

For Singapore, Internet Banking (IB) and Paypal payments are accepted.
Please transfer to POSB Savings 209-24310-5.
For overseas purchases, Paypal payments are accepted.

What do I do after I've have transferred via iBanking or ATM?

Please email us at hello@corigons.com or contact us via our Contact Us page with the reply below:

In order to secure your purchase, you must update your payment details within 24 hours.
Orders not updated after this timeframe will be automatically cancelled.

Can I pay without a Paypal account?

Fret not if you do not have a Paypal account for payment! You may enter your credit card’s data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. You don’t need to register for a PayPal account.

Once you get redirected to PayPal, just do as follows:

1. Make sure the “pay with a credit or debit card” option is selected.

If your PayPal page looks as follows, just click on “Pay with a credit or debit card“.

2. Enter Card Data.

Address, email & phone number may also be requested depending on your country.

When you are done, click on “Review and Continue”.

3. Click “Pay Now”.

4. Click “No, Thanks”.

5. Payment complete!

Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship to wherever you are!

For International orders, overseas shipping will be charged according to item and category of items and will be reflected on the cart page, before check-out.

Countries in Asia, shipping takes 3-7 working days.
Countries other than Asia, shipping takes 5-10 working days.

What are the shipping methods? How long will my order take to arrive?

For Singapore orders, items are shipped via Singpost or Aramex unless otherwise stated. Orders can be tracked via https://singpost.com, or http://www.aramex.com using your tracking number provided.

Typically, a clothing weights 500grams, while an accessory weigh 250grams.
Charges shown are partially subsidized by Corigons. Free shipping is available if you purchase a certain amount as well. Please click here for a table showing the fees and shipping time to each country.  Shipping fee will be reflected on the cart page, before check out.

Depending on your shipping method and destination, shipping takes 1-14 working days.

Others

When will my e-mail/ request be replied?

All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days.

Please refrain from sending multiple emails within 2 working days if you do not receive a reply. This will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take even longer to get back to you. Rest assured your e-mail will be taken care of as soon as possible.
